Rolls-Royce celebrates double boost for next generation aircraft research

Rolls-Royce has further increased its capabilities to develop next generation aircraft with the opening of two new technology facilities in the U.K. to boost research into electrical systems and into composites. The University of Manchester has unveiled a £1 million experimental facility, which will boost the development of high tech electrical systems for aeroplanes, ships and energy generation.
