Engine installation set for F-35 fighter

Lockheed Martin’s Joint Strike Fighter team has completed assembly of the aircraft’s major structural components, following the installation of horizontal tails on the first F-35. The next step in the aircraft’s march towards flight is engine installation, planned for early 2006.....
