DAHER, a European integrated equipment and services supplier, announced that it is joining the ALN (Aviation Logistics Network), the international transport and logistics network specialising in AOG (Aircraft On Ground) and the transportation of equipment for the Aerospace sector.
As exclusive partner for France, DAHER is one of three companies represented on the executive committee of this international network.
By joining the ALN, DAHER strengthens its international transport services offer to equipment suppliers, aircraft manufacturers and airlines, in markets including aircraft and engine manufacture, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), aircraft dismantling and spare parts. Present in more than 200 cities spread over 56 countries, the ALN enables DAHER to broaden the international coverage of its logistics and transport activities in the Aerospace sector.
A tier-1 equipment supplier and aircraft manufacturer, with a wealth of recognized know-how in managing urgent assignments and AOG, DAHER will provide end-to-end transport services for aerospace parts, as well as taking care of related customs operations.
Managing the transport and logistics chain is one of the greatest challenges faced by the aerospace industry, and is increasingly important in the creation of long-term competitive advantage. This is one of the core businesses of DAHER-SOCATA, the Aerospace division of the DAHER Group.
