Turbomeca (Safran) and Zodiac Hydraulics (Zodiac Aerospace group) signed a contract worth 75 million Euros for a period of 15 years. This contract concerns the supply of hydro-mechanical equipment dedicated to the control systems of Turbomeca turboshaft engines.

Frédéric Rascouailles, Turbomeca Purchasing VP, announced: “We are delighted to collaborate in the long term with Zodiac Hydraulics. This French company of 300 people is one of the world leaders in its field and its contribution therefore directly affects our own performance. This contract comes under our “supplier transformation plan” which identifies key partners and has a continuous improvement plan for the four following areas: quality, costs, deadlines and technical aspects. Our new engine, the Arrano, will therefore benefit from the knock-on effects of this contract.”
