JANA, Inc., announced today that it has added Aircraft Systems & Manufacturing, Inc. (ASM) to its group of companies to complement and expand upon its certification and integration engineering capabilities.

Founded in 1987, ASM is a leader in providing innovative, trustworthy engineering designs, assemblies and wiring harnesses in support of commercial and business aircraft. With a portfolio of over 100 FAA-approved STCs and proven certification solutions, ASM's engineering designs and manufactured hardware can be found on over 50 aircraft platforms flown world-wide.

ASM will operate as a wholly-owned JANA subsidiary, continuing to perform all engineering, certification and manufacturing operations at its Georgetown, TX, facility. JANA and ASM look forward to continuing to provide the quality services that ASM's customers have come to rely on over the last 29 years.
