"We are deeply saddened by Bob's untimely death and join the company's management and employees in expressing our sympathy to his wife, son, daughter, mother, family and friends, who now bear such a great loss," said Marsha Farmer, PAS Technologies' Director of Communications. "Bob was a true visionary and an outstanding leader. While we mourn his passing, we are fortunate to have known him as a friend and business colleague, and we are grateful for all his contributions. Through his compassion and tenacity he inspired all of us to be our best."

PAS Technologies' employees are feeling the loss of a friend and colleague, whose leadership, guidance, and dedication, will be greatly missed. Weiner will be remembered for his significant contributions to the company's development, growth and vision.

"All of us are profoundly saddened by the loss of Bob Weiner," commented Gene Conese, Managing Director and Co-founder of Gridiron Capital LLC. "He was a dear friend and one of the finest people I have ever known. Professionally, his leadership and passion to make PAS Technologies a success were remarkable. He will be sorely missed."

He successfully instituted sustainable 'best practices' in areas of product development, quality, and customer satisfaction.
