The Garmin integrated flight deck features high-resolution touchscreens, automation tools and advanced connectivity to enhance pilot efficiency and safety.

Pilatus has chosen Garmin’s G3000 PRIME integrated flight deck for its new PC-12 PRO aircraft, bringing modern avionics and improved pilot interaction to the popular turboprop. The system features edge-to-edge 14-inch touchscreen displays, quadrupled memory capacity and gigabit-speed system connectivity, enhancing cockpit functionality and responsiveness.

G3000 PRIME introduces a multi-touch interface that allows simultaneous pilot and copilot inputs, alongside an optional cursor control device. Primary Flight Windows (PFW) and Multi-Function Windows (MFW) offer full-screen or split-screen layouts, while a Window Manager tool enables quick reconfiguration for different flight phases.

Advanced safety technologies include Garmin Autoland, Electronic Stability Protection (ESP) and Emergency Descent Mode (EDM). Pilots also benefit from integrated smart checklists linked to crew alerting system (CAS) messages and the Modified Flight Plan tool for side-by-side comparisons of routing changes.

Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, LTE, Bluetooth, SiriusXM and Connext Satellite Services, with PlaneSync automating database updates and flight logging. PC-12 PRO deliveries with G3000 PRIME are expected to begin in Q3 2025.
