The company supplies OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 aerospace and defense companies with build-to-print composite parts; foam materials and finished parts for aircraft composite interior structures; and finished crash-padding parts for flight deck crew protection and aesthetics. GP also manufactures parts for ejection-seat systems; interior gap seals; wingtip cores; assemblies for solid-fuel rockets and military ordnance; composite cores; tooling board; prototypes; and transparencies. Its Foam-CombSM series is used as gap filler within the passenger cabin. General Plastics is certified to ISO 9001:2008/AS9100C and meets such demanding quality systems as NQA-1, Mil-I-45208A and Boeing Company D6-824. |
