DAHER-SOCATA, the Aerospace & Defence division of DAHER, announces that it has secured a five-year contract for the global logistics for Airbus Helicopters' Donauwörth plant (Germany). These logistics services will be provided from the Airbus Helicopters Logistics Center, a 23,000 sqm warehouse, located within the plant perimeter.

From the Logistics Center, DAHER will provide logistics services on behalf of Airbus Helicopters for its production, maintenance and repair (spare parts) lines and for its retrofit operations (renovation / modernization of aircraft).

The contract covers all of the following types of operation:

· Management of incoming flows (including import customs)

· Quality control of products

· Warehousing (including an automated warehouse)

· Preparation of orders and supplies for parts and equipment

· On-site transport to supply production lines

· Management of outgoing flows (including export customs)
