Sanmina Corporation, a leading manufacturing solutions company making some of the world's most complex and innovative electronic, optical and mechanical products, today announced its Costa Mesa, California facility has been awarded the AS9100C certification for high technology PCB (printed circuit board), flex and rigid flex circuit boards used in aerospace and defense electronics equipment.
Achieving the AS91000C certification enables Sanmina to produce PCB's and flex circuits for advanced defense and aerospace equipment, including avionics and satellite electronics. The AS9100C certification is an internationally recognized standard focused on improving quality systems throughout the defense and aerospace supply chain. Compliance with this certification ensures that mission critical equipment used by the military and government meets the highest levels of quality and safety. Sanmina Costa Mesa certifications also include ITAR, MIL-PRF-31032, MIL-50884, MIL-55110 and ISO9001-2008.
