Based on the merger agreement signed 11. July 2014, the upstream merger of Rücker Aerospace GmbH with AIDA Development GmbH is under way, retroactively from 1. April 2014, in accordance with the Federal Transformation Act (UmwG). At the same time and with immediate effect, the company now signs under the name of SII Deutschland GmbH. The existing management, all central functions and operative Business Units already established prior to the merger, and therewith all of your current contacts will remain unchanged.

Formal application has already been submitted, hence incorporation into the company register is expected to occur shortly.

With this step, the company assumes full responsibility for any and all business relationships related to the former Rücker Aerospace Gmbh, as its legal successor. SII Deutschland is certified according to ISO 9001:2009 (EN9100:2009) standards, acts through its DOA EASA.21J approval as Design Organization and holds an unlimited staffing license. SII Deutschland is currently represented at 7 locations in Germany and efficiently bundles the consolidated Engineering Know-How accumulated over the course of 18 years of corporate history, across the fields of Aerospace, Automotive, Transportation, Energy und IT. At the same time, with our new company name, we underline our identity as German member of the SII group – with a total of 4.600 employees meanwhile one of the most successful engineering and IT companies, worldwide.
