Donaldson Company, Inc., the world leader in designing, developing and manufacturing advanced filtration solutions, has been selected to provide oil filter kits for the Snecma Silvercrest engines that will power Cessna's new Longitude super mid-size business jet.

"Donaldson is proud to bring our expertise in filtration solutions to this important aircraft-engine pairing," said Pierre Habran, Director Aerospace & Defense at Donaldson Europe. "Together with Techspace Aero, we will help Silvercrest meet the performance and reliability expectations of customers around the world."

Techspace Aero selected the Donaldson Aerospace and Defense Group to provide engine oil filter kits for the lubrication unit it is designing and manufacturing for Snecma's new 10,000-pound-thrust class Silvercrest engine, designed specifically for business jets.

Based in Milmort, Belgium, Techspace Aero designs, develops and produces modules, equipment for aerospace engines, as well as engine test cells. Snecma is a leading manufacturer of aircraft and space engines headquartered in Paris. Both are companies of Safran, a leading international high-technology group with three core businesses: aerospace propulsion and equipment, defense and security.
