The subsidiaries were renamed:

Toho Tenax Europe GmbH to Teijin Carbon Europe GmbH

Toho Tenax America, Inc. to Teijin Carbon America, Inc.

Toho Tenax Singapore Pte. Ltd. to Teijin Carbon Singapore Pte. Ltd.
