UltraTape selected as premier supplier of adhesive tape to aerospace industry

UltraTape Industries, a division of Delphon and the premier supplier of Cleanroom tape and labels to the Aerospace, Semiconductor and Medical industries, announced today that two of its tape products have been selected as the only tapes that meet the critical Aerospace acceptance criteria.

UltraTape's 1153 and 1154 tapes meet the stringent Aerospace requirements for silicone free, no residue and low outgassing adhesive tape. Outgassing of adhesive residue has been shown to be damaging in the Aerospace environment. "The cleanliness of the adhesive tapes used in these sensitive environments is a critical to our Aerospace customers. UltraTape far outperformed competitive tapes meeting some very tough requirements," says Keith Taft, UltraTape General Manager.
