American Avionic Technologies Corporation announces new VME power supply

American Avionic Technologies Corporation (AATC) has introduced the Model 1268 3U VME, 250 Watt power supply.

The Model 1268 power supply provides outputs of +5, +/-12 and +3.3 Volts with a MIL-STD-704F, +28 Volt DC input. The unit is designed for rugged ground and aerospace environments with operation over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +71°C. The 3U power supply is 80% efficient, meets MIL-STD-461E EMI requirements and provides inrush current limiting and transient protection.

The Model 1268 power supply has been designed to meet the demands of our customers for increased power capability in a small 3U form factor. Sal Scilingo, president of AATC states "We have been providing custom power supply solutions to the aerospace and defense industry for more than 20 years. This power supply can be used in a wide variety of VME applications across multiple platforms filling a need identified by our customers."
