United Flexible, Inc., a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners is pleased to announce the signing of a Long-Term Agreement with Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corporation. The agreement, concluded between United Flexible's subsidiary, Kreisler Manufacturing, located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey signifies a milestone in the strong relationship between the two companies. The agreement, estimated at full value of $100M over multiple years, are for parts on the revolutionary Geared Turbo Fan Series of Engines from Pratt & Whitney.
John Devine, CEO of United Flexible noted, “This agreement enhances United Flexible's strategy of becoming the preeminent designer and manufacturer of high pressure and high temperature gas and fluid conduits into mission critical systems for OEMs. We look forward to working very closely with Pratt & Whitney and further strengthening our longstanding relationship.”
