NEXEYA refocus its development on space and creates the company HEMERIA

Twenty years after the creation of NEXEYA, its board has endorsed two key strategic repositioning decisions: To transfer the group's space activities in a new company called HEMERIA in order to focus its development efforts on the strong growth opportunities offered by this market; To accept the proposed acquisition of non-space activities by the European group HENSOLDT.

These operations are subject to various authorizations, to the ongoing information-consultation procedure of the IORPs, and should be completed by the beginning of the third quarter of 2019.
