Chengfei civil aircraft delivers 1000th Boeing 787 rudder

On October 22, the 1000th delivery ceremony of the Boeing 787 rudder project was held in Chengdu Feifang. The delivery of 1,000 Boeing 787 rudder projects is another important milestone in the cooperation between Chengdu Feifei and Boeing.

Boeing 787 aircraft is one of the most advanced civil aviation passenger planes in the world. Its rudder is fully composite material design. Since the contract was signed in 2004, Chengfei and Chengfei civil aircraft have actively studied composite material production and assembly technology. On-time delivery has won the trust of Boeing, and subsequently signed the Boeing 737 Rudder Project, which has since entered the ranks of large-scale composite parts manufacturing and assembly. At present, the Chengfei civil aircraft has become the only global supplier of the Boeing 787 rudder.
