Herley Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:HRLY) announced today that a major U.S. Prime contractor has awarded Herley New England division a contract valued at approximately $1.5 million for the production of integrated microwave assemblies to be used in the U.S. Navy's P-8A aircraft.

We are pleased to be a part of this important U.S. Navy program, and anticipate receiving follow-on contracts from this prime contractor on this program over the next 15 years. My congratulations go to John McClay and the entire Herley New England team."
