Dornier Seawings received additional EUR 300 million bonds

On June 11, with the strong support of Wuxi Communications Group and institutions at various levels, Dornier Seawings Co., Ltd. successfully received EUR 300 million bonds in Hong Kong.

This round of bonds has a coupon rate of 1.8%, which created the largest scale of foreign bond of local state-owned enterprises in the short term and the lowest financing cost in the Jiangsu Province.

The successful issuance of bonds not only provides a strong financial guarantee for the following R&D and serial production of the Seastar project, but also verifies the confidence and expectation from the market.

At present, both Dornier Seawings Germany and Dornier Seawings China are making every effort to promote the manufacturing of the 2nd next generation Seastar Prototype (SN1004) and striving for realising its first flight in the first quarter of next year.
