Aciturri has been designated by Airbus Defense & Space as the sole supplier of the rudders and elevators for the new Dassault F10X business jet. An Ultra Long Range executive jet (7,500 nautical miles), which will enter service in late 2025.

Aciturri teams are already working on the process of industrialisation and tooling design to guarantee the delivery of the first components to Airbus Defense & Space by the end of 2022. The Boecillo work centre will undertake the manufacture of detail parts in composite material, both by automatic and manual molding, and all its complementary processes. The metallic detail parts, machined and aluminum sheet, will be supplied by the Ayuelas team (Miranda de Ebro), and the assembly will take place at the company's facilities in Seville and on stands specially designed to ensure the tight aerodynamic tolerances of the final product. Here lies one of the most significant challenges, guaranteeing the quality, precision and repeatability of the elemental manufacturing and, consequently, of the final product throughout the value chain.

This project is an opportunity to apply the knowledge and experience accumulated in products with similar characteristics such as the HTP and Elevator of the Falcon 7X / 8X, programs in which Aciturri has worked as the sole supplier for Airbus Defense & Space since 2004.
