Alpha Engineered Composites acquires AVS Industries

The management of AVS Industries, LLC and Alpha Engineered Composites, LLC are pleased to announce that Alpha has acquired the assets of AVS to form the most comprehensive supplier of high temperature textile solutions in the world.

Alpha is a leading global supplier of engineered textiles for thermal insulation, automotive heat management, high temperature and specialty applications. Alpha is based in its 132,000 SF facility in Lakewood, NJ with sales and distribution locations throughout the US, Europe, China and India.

AVS is a recognized leader in high temperature textiles supplying the shipbuilding, power generation and petrochemical industries. The current AVS team will continue to operate and service customers from its New Castle, DE facility. Management teams at both companies are committed to a smooth integration.
