Cristex launches CCK Aerospace, expanding controlled cutting and kitting capabilities for high-performance sectors

26/01/2026

Press releaseIssued by CCK Aerospace (was Cristex Composite Materials) and published as received — not written by Airframer’s editors.

Cristex has launched CCK Aerospace, a dedicated cutting and kitting division established to support regulated and high-performance composite manufacturing applications where process control, traceability, and material integrity are critical.

Operating within Cristex Cutting & Kitting (CCK), CCK Aerospace provides precision CNC cutting and kitting of prepreg composite materials for customers across aerospace, motorsport, defence, and advanced industrial sectors. The division has been created in response to increasing demand for controlled repeatable composite cutting services within tightly regulated supply chains.

CCK Aerospace operates from a purpose-built ISO approved cleanroom facility, designed specifically for the cutting and preparation of aerospace-grade prepregs. The controlled environment enables consistent cutting quality, protects material performance, and supports alignment with stringent industry requirements.

As part of its introduction to the wider composites community, CCK Aerospace will be exhibiting at JEC World 2026 on the Composites UK Pavilion, where visitors can learn more about the division’s capabilities, facilities, and approach to quality-led composite cutting and kitting.

“Establishing CCK Aerospace allows us to focus dedicated expertise on the cutting and kitting requirements of regulated and high-performance sectors,” said Scott Singleton, Operations Manager at Cristex. “JEC World provides an ideal platform to engage with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and manufacturing partners seeking controlled cutting solutions that deliver repeatable quality and efficiency.”

CCK Aerospace is currently progressing through its AS9100 accreditation journey, reinforcing its commitment to structured quality management systems, process control, and full material traceability.

CCK Aerospace will be exhibiting on the Composites UK Pavilion at JEC World, held in Paris.
