Aerolia is developing its service activities

To complement its Design and Build activities which are spread between the Toulouse Design Office and three production sites in France and Tunisia, Aerolia is developing its Service activities.

This has led to two agreements signed with Airbus and TPI - Tawazun Precision Industry - based in Abu Dhabi ; these contracts relate to the expertise and support in setting up a factory for large-size aerostructures parts in the United Arab Emirates.

The contract, signed with TPI, relates to Aerolia support & engineering activity (production means, Supply chain, Quality, Lean, Information Systems... expertise ) to allow TPI to create an operational production plant for aluminium alloy detail parts for aerostructures.

The contract, signed with Airbus, relates to the support/engineering services that Aerolia will supply to assist TPI launching the manufacture of detail parts machined in aluminium alloy.

"This agreement reinforces Aerolia's position in the market for "Industrial Services", according to Christian Cornille, CEO of Aerolia. "Indeed, our skills and personnel, under Frederic Barthe's responsibility, Head of United Arab Emirates programme, will ensure the delivery of a turnkey solution for this Production Unit which will be part of the Aerolia supply chain for the A320 and A330 families".
