AMETEK Specialty Metal Products to showcase tube, strip and powder at Aviation Expo China

AMETEK Specialty Metal Products (SMP), a world-leader in the supply of specialty metal materials, will be showcasing their high performance tube, strip and powder product range from the production sites comprising of Fine Tubes, Superior Tube, AMETEK SMP Wallingford, Hamilton Precision Metals and Reading Alloys - in Hall 3, Booth G2-3.

Aviation Expo China has been organized since 1984 by top-level aviation parties, including Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) and Aero Engine Corporation of China (AECC). Aviation Expo China represents one of the most important international exhibitions for Aerospace Technology with thousands of visitors each year. For 2017, the exhibition will have 9 sections that will include different sectors including Aircraft Manufacturing, Aero-Engine, Aerospace, MRO, Interior, Airborne, Airport and ATC, UAV and the Civil-Military Integration.

AMETEK Specialty Metal Products has been manufacturing specialty metal products for critical applications in the Aerospace industry for over 75 years. Products include:

Precision tube for hydraulic and pneumatic control systems

Master Alloys for airframe and engine raw material providers- Titanium and Super Alloys

Specialty powder coatings for wear, oxidation and corrosion resistance of Turbine engine components
