BAE Systems names 'Partner 2 Win' Supplier of the Year award winners

BAE Systems honored its top suppliers for the Electronic Systems sector with the eighth annual Partner 2 Win program's Supplier of the Year awards.

Thirteen winners were announced during a ceremony in Massachusetts. The honorees were selected for best-in-class performance in achieving on-time delivery and quality standards in 2024, as well as partnering with BAE Systems to advance and provide technology-led aerospace, defense, and security solutions to its customers.

BAE Systems' Partner 2 Win program is focused on working collaboratively with suppliers to achieve operational excellence and meet the needs of current and future customers.

"The dedication, drive, and disruptive innovation of our top suppliers was instrumental to our success in 2024," said Terry Crimmins, president of BAE Systems' Electronic Systems sector. "I look forward to building on this momentum to further strengthen our capabilities and ensure the success of those we serve."

Award winners are:

- C4ISR Systems: Ranor, Inc., Westminster, Massachusetts, a provider of precision-welded and machined components

- Controls & Avionics Solutions: CNC Industries, Inc., Fort Wayne, Indiana, a precision machine shop specializing in high-speed machining, fabrication, and assembly of complex mechanical assemblies

- Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions: Linear & Metric LLC, Londonderry, New Hampshire, a supplier of precision-machined parts and mechanical assemblies

- Electronic Combat Solutions: New England Die Cutting, LLC, Methuen, Massachusetts, a provider of die-cutting, laser-cutting, fabrication/assembly, and waterjet cutting

- Power & Propulsion Solutions: Eck Plastic Arts, Binghamton, New York, a plastics injection molding, thermoforming and fabrication company

- Precision Strike & Sensing Solutions: Fairview Machine Company, Inc., Topsfield, Massachusetts, a provider of precision-machining and assembly services

- FAST Labs Technology Innovation Partner of the Year: Diversified Technologies, Inc., Bedford, Massachusetts, provider of high-voltage, high-power equipment

- Rochester, UK Supplier of the Year: Harmonic Drive SE, Limburg, Germany, a supplier of high-precision servo actuators and specialized gearboxes

- Small Business of the Year: TEVET, Greeneville, Tennessee, a supplier of test and measurement equipment; lab supplies; maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) solutions; factory automation; eProcurement; warehousing; kitting; labelling services; and manufacturer of the LIBERTY Platform, a family of modular, software-defined instrumentation

- Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Year: TEMCO Precision Machining, Manchester, New Hampshire, a manufacturer of electronic enclosures, chassis, housings, covers, and antennas

- Original Component Manufacturer of the Year: Analog Devices, Inc. (ADI), Wilmington, Massachusetts, a global semiconductor leader that bridges the physical and digital worlds to enable breakthroughs at the Intelligent Edge

- Distributor of the Year: TTI Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, a specialty distributor of electronic components

- Subcontractor of the Year: W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc., Newark, Delaware, a supplier of specialty cables and cable assemblies
