Cogsdill acquires E-Z Burr Tool Company

Cogsdill Tool Products, Inc. has announced that they recently acquired the E-Z Burr Tool Company located in Livonia, MI. Cogsdill will continue to operate E-Z Burr as an independent company with production and support of E-Z Burr products continuing from their Michigan facility. The marketing of both company's products will also continue to be handled via their current individual supply chains.

Cogsdill management believes that, by drawing on the strengths of both companies, it will greatly enhance the capacity for each company to better serve and support their respective customers worldwide.

This acquisition solidly places the Cogsdill / E-Z Burr alliance as the world leader in hole deburring tooling solutions.
