Crescent Aerospace Technology LLC announces today that it has completed the purchase of Advanced Metals Machining LLC (AMM), a portfolio company of 2M Investment Partners, effective August 31, 2023. Based in Olyphant, PA, Advanced Metals Machining LLC is a precision metal component manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, satellite, optical, and commercial industries. AMM specializes in machining exotic alloys and other metals into complex geometries with tight tolerances. AMM has become one of the country’s leaders in machining Aluminum Beryllium to exacting tolerances for the Aerospace and Defense industries. AMM is a ISO, AS9100 Rev D company.
