ERA Industries acquires Numerical Precision, Inc.

ERA Industries, a leading precision component manufacturer has completed the acquisition of Numerical Precision Industries, LLC (NP).

NP, based in Wheeling, IL is a high precision manufacturer of components for the aerospace and defense industries. NP boasts more than fifty years of experience and expertise in the engineering, machining, assembly of exotic materials and complex parts for both prototyping and production requirements for their customers.

ERA’s president, Hubert Bieniewski stated, “The acquisition of Numerical Precision serves to further strengthen ERA’s commitment to excellence for the aerospace and defense sectors, with an expanded focus on prototype and new produce introduction. Over several decades, NP has delivered outstanding quality to their customers for some of most demanding and complex componentry, with expedient processing times. We are thrilled to welcome them to the ERA family, and excited to incorporate some of their ways of working into our larger value proposition.”

ERA Industries is a subsidiary business unit of BTX Precision. ERA was acquired by BTX in June of 2023, and this is the first acquisition completed by ERA under the BTX ownership.
