01/10/2024

Press releaseIssued by Precision Aero, Inc. (PA).

ERA Industries, based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois has completed the acquisition of Precision Aero (PA). This marks the second acquisition by ERA Industries in the past six months.

Located in Phoenix, AZ PA is a recognized leader in the contract manufacturing space, particularly within aerospace and defense. PA’s expertise in machining complex parts for both rapid prototypes, as well as production machining, has been the catalyst for their impressive growth in supporting some of the most recognized names in their targeted sectors.

Hubert Bieniewski, ERA’s president said, “ERA is thrilled to have completed this acquisition as it serves as an important step in our ongoing growth journey. Not only are we further demonstrating our ability to growth through acquisitions, we are also adding valuable, first class production capacity nearer to many of our important customers in the western half of the country."

For several months, PA will continue to operate separately and distinctly as PA while the integration foundation is laid, whereafter PA will completely merge into the ERA brand and systems as a third and important production unit for ERA.

ERA Industries is a subsidiary business unit of BTX Precision, a high-precision contract manufacturing platform that is rapidly establishing an unparalleled footprint within the precision component landscape.
