Forged Solutions Group, an Arlington Capital Partners portfolio company, acquires Continental Forge

Forged Solutions Group (FSG), a leading provider of complex, precision-forged rings and closed-die products to aerospace and defense customers, has acquired Continental Forge.

Founded in 1968, Continental Forge is a provider of precision near-net shape forged and machined solutions to the military and commercial aerospace industries. The Company specialises in utilising a variety of aluminum alloys and is a key supplier of aerospace components to leading blue-chip customers. With decades of forging expertise, Continental Forge has built a long-standing reputation for the quality, reliability, and performance of its products. Continental Forge, now an FSG company, will continue to be led locally by Mark Haueisen and Jeff Haueisen, sons of founder Charles Haueisen.

Peter Manos, a Managing Partner at Arlington Capital Partners, said, “We are eager to welcome Continental Forge to the FSG platform.
