Kaynes Technology expands U.S. presence with strategic acquisition of Digicom Electronics

Kaynes Technology India Limited (KTIL), a publicly listed Electronics System Design & Manufacturing Company (ESDM) headquartered out of Mysore in India, has completed acquisition of Digicom Electronics, Inc., an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company based in Oakland, California. The state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is located in the Business Park next to Oakland International Airport. Its proximity to the airport, harbor, and major expressway, Interstate 880, makes access to this facility very easy.

This strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion for Kaynes Technology into the U.S. market, leveraging Digicom's established expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), small-batch, and prototype production of complex printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) and box builds.
