Press releaseIssued by Laser Photonics.

Laser Photonics Corporation, a leading global developer of industrial laser systems for cleaning and other material processing applications, announced today that it has completed a dual follow-on sale to Acuren, a leading provider of asset protection services through nondestructive testing (NDT) and consulting.

LPC is to deliver two additional CleanTech Industrial Roughening Laser 3050 (CTIR-3050) systems to the Sarnia, Ontario-based operations of Acuren in Canada. The CTIR-3050 is LPC’s most powerful handheld laser system, offering top speed and efficiency for heavy-duty surface preparation.

“We are delighted to welcome Acuren back as a valued customer,” said Wayne Tupuola, CEO of LPC. “Our laser cleaning systems consistently demonstrate exceptional effectiveness across diverse applications, and awareness of their benefits is steadily rising. In the nondestructive testing market, they are a proven tool for safeguarding critical infrastructures.”

Acuren is one of the world’s largest inspection services companies, offering a broad spectrum of NDT solutions. These include radiographic and ultrasonic testing, ground penetrating radar, infrared thermography and rope access technology (RAT). Acuren serves industrial markets, most notably chemical, nuclear power, pipelines, refineries, power generation, oil, automotive, aerospace, mining, manufacturing, renewable energy and paper production.

This swift supplemental sale increases LPC’s recognizability amongst industry professionals, strengthens the company’s expanding presence in North America, and opens new business opportunities.
