09/01/2025

Press releaseIssued by Laser Photonics.

Laser Photonics Corporation (LPC), a leading global developer of industrial laser systems for cleaning and other material processing applications, proudly announces today the completion of another significant order from Acuren, a top provider of asset protection services through engineering consulting and nondestructive testing (NDT).

“We are thrilled to see Acuren as a returning customer,” said John Armstrong, LPC’s Executive Vice President. “We take pride in being a trusted provider of advanced laser technology for surface preparation in the nondestructive testing sector. Laser Photonics is looking forward to further this collaboration and deliver exceptional value.”

LPC is set to deliver an additional CleanTech Industrial Roughening Laser 3050 (CTIR-3050) to Acuren, one of the world’s largest inspection service providers, offering a wide range of NDT solutions, including radiographic and ultrasonic testing, ground-penetrating radar, infrared thermography, and rope access technology (RAT). The company serves various industrial markets, including chemical, pipelines, refineries, power generation, automotive, aerospace, mining, manufacturing, renewable energy and paper production.

The CTIR-3050 is LPC’s high-performance industrial roughening laser system with a continuous wave fiber laser and dual axis technology for expedited surface preparation. Laser processing presents a clean alternative to abrasive and chemical treatment of various materials across a wide range of applications.
