Newborn aerospace business line at Tubiflex

04/06/2007

Press releaseIssued by Tubiflex SpA.

In May 2006 Tubiflex started a new business line, for granting a better support to customers and boosting her growth in aerospace industry.

The enhancing of this activity follows the increasing success of the company in supplying Tier-One companies in this field.

Tubiflex has become a qualified supplier to the aerospace industry of stainless steel hose assemblies for fuel-delivery, or for chilling and air-conditioning devices; conductive convoluted PTFE fuel hose assemblies; hydraulic accumulators suitable for accelerations up to 40G sweep spectrum, light-weight helical hose in titanium for cable protection, stainless steel expansion joints, internally armoured smooth bore PTFE hose assemblies for the manufacturing process of the honeycomb structures of airplane wings, etc.

However Tubiflex has lots more to offer! Thanks to her experience based on the application of tried and tested process and technologies developed for other industrial segments, to her familiarity with the stringent requirements of the aerospace industry, and a consolidated commitment to quality, Tubiflex is able to provide her actual and future customers a fully qualified support, starting from the early stage of the customer's product definition, to achieve significant and profitable breakthroughs in product performance.

In short, the supporting idea is to supply outstanding quality products at a convenient price and to consolidate the reputation that the company has built of being capable to solve the customer's most stringent problems.

So, in the spirit of what stated above and as promised to herself and to her customers, in May 2007 Tubiflex has obtained the EN9100 certification.
