NobleTek expands into Canada with new offices in Toronto and Montreal

09/12/2025

Press releaseIssued by NobleTek, an Inceptra Company.

NobleTek LLC, a leading provider of engineering, digital transformation, and manufacturing solutions, today announced the opening of new offices in Toronto, Ontario and Laval, Quebec (Greater Montreal area). This expansion is a strategic and complementary extension of NobleTek’s U.S. footprint, strengthening its integrated North American delivery model and accelerating growth in the Aerospace & Defense sector.

Canada is one of the world’s leading aerospace nations, and the sector continues to grow in economic impact and employment. The Canadian aerospace industry contributed approximately $29B CAD to GDP and supported about 218,000 jobs in 2023, driven by sustained demand across civil aviation, defense, and space markets.

Ontario and Quebec anchor Canada’s two largest aerospace ecosystems. Ontario’s aerospace sector includes 200+ companies and a broad base of advanced manufacturing talent, while Quebec’s aerospace industry comprises ~230 companies and ~36,000 jobs, with major OEMs, suppliers, and R&D institutions concentrated in the Greater Montreal region. With locations in the Greater Toronto Area and Greater Montreal region, NobleTek is positioned to support customers with faster collaboration, cross-border continuity, and scalable program execution.

As part of the expansion, NobleTek plans to recruit highly skilled Canadian engineers and technology experts to support long-term regional growth. Canadian teams will focus on disciplines including mechanical design engineering, CNC CAM programming, CMM programming, Composites, digital twin solutions, and program execution support.

“Expanding into Canada is a clear next step for NobleTek,” said the company’s President, Nick Westover. “Many of our customers operate across North America, and Toronto and the Greater Montreal area strengthen the integrated delivery model they rely on. These offices place us closer to key aerospace and defense hubs and allow us to recruit from a world-class engineering talent pool.”
