Ondrives launches new wormwheel gearboxes

Ondrives Ltd have recently launched a new range of gearboxes into their catalogue, which can be supplied with or without a motor.

The LACM version comes complete with motor and is available with 10 different motor powers ranging from 0.061kW to 1.5kW. With torque ratings of 1.8Nm to 197Nm and ratios varying from 5:1 to 100:1, they are supplied with output bores as standard. Ambient temperature range is 0ºC to +40ºC and they are lubricated with synthetic oil. Output shafts are available as an optional extra.

The LZ version is a shaft input, bore output with torque capacities ranging from 21Nm to 48Nm with ratios varying from 5:1 to 100:1. Casings are manufactured from aluminium making them relatively light in terms of their overall dimensions, the units are capable of an ambient temperature range of 0ºC to +40ºC and are lubricated with synthetic oil. Output shafts are available as an optional extra.

The LP version is available in three sizes with shaft input, bore output with torque capacities ranging from 21Nm to 138Nm and ratios varying from 5:1 to 100:1. The casings are made of cast iron and are foot mounted with the feet being an integral part of the casing. Ambient temperature range is 0ºC to +40ºC and are lubricated with synthetic oil. Output shafts are available as an optional extra.

All the units in this range are electrostatically painted with Epoxy Polyester powder at 205ºC with a minimum thickness of 0.060mm in grey RAL 7031.
