QMS of JSC UEC-Klimov complies with international and national standards

JSC UEC-Klimov (part of the United Engine Corporation of the State Corporation Rostec) has successfully passed the scheduled audit of the quality management system (QMS) of the enterprise.

The audit was carried out by the certification body Rostec-Certificate (part of JSC "RT-Techpriemka"), acting under a license agreement in partnership with the Austrian company Quality Austria.

The expert commission carried out a face-to-face assessment of all key areas of the enterprise's activities - development, production, sales of products and interaction with customers, servicing of aircraft engines.

In a short time, JSC UEC-Klimov implemented the necessary measures to eliminate the identified comments and received certificates confirming the compliance of the company's QMS with the requirements of the international standard EN 9100: 2018 (technically equivalent to AS 9100D and JISQ 9100: 2016) and the international standard ISO 9001-2015.

Also, following the results of the audit, the Certification Center "Rostec-Certificate" issued a document confirming the compliance of the QMS of JSC UEC-Klimov with the requirements of the national standard GOST R ISO 9001-2015 and additional requirements of the national military standard GOST RV 0015-002-2012.

Certification for compliance with the requirements of the above standards is a necessary procedure that allows JSC UEC-Klimov to carry out activities in the areas of design, development, production and maintenance (repair) of engines.

JSC "UEC-Klimov" has state awards confirming the effectiveness of the QMS operating in the company - a diploma of the Government of the Russian Federation in 2019 in the field of quality of products and services and the implementation of highly effective quality management methods and an honorary sign of the Government of St. Petersburg "For the quality of goods (products) , works and services "(the company was awarded this award twice).
