When Bibus Holding AG acquired the majority shares of S+D Spezialstahl almost two years ago the synergies and opportunities resulting from the merger were clear to all involved. Both companies have benefitted from the groups combined knowledge, experience and complimenting stock portfolios uniting to create a unique offering in the field of high performance materials.

Over the past 24 months both companies have embraced the opportunities to work together and grow together both professionally and personally.
