After successful proof of concept trials in 2019, Safran Composites (Itteville, France) and Surface Generation (Rutland, UK) have extended their working relationship to further develop processing expertise with highly optimised, net shape thermoplastic components, via injection and compression moulding.

This latest programme of work will increase geometrical complexity and scale which will broaden exploitation opportunities across multiple aerospace applications.
