The world-leading supplier of selective plating technology and solutions, SIFCO Applied Surface Concepts (ASC), Independence, Ohio, has been officially listed as a Boeing Approved Supplier for selective plating services.
This approval, achieved after SIFCO ASC demonstrated its process controls and manufacturing capability for plating following a comprehensive technical review from Boeing, allows SIFCO ASC to provide its cadmium brush plating services to BAC5854 and BAC5849. As an approved supplier, SIFCO ASC will work closely with Boeing to offer practical, cost-effective options for repairing and enhancing the surfaces of its components.
SIFCO ASC's association with Boeing also includes approvals for Mechanical Testing and Chemical Testing and further highlights the quality of SIFCO ASC's selective plating in a sector renowned for its rigorous standards. This Boeing accreditation further highlights the company's capability as a leading supplier of selective plating solutions, equipment and service to the industry.
