Strojkov Engineerings' Avionics Group debuts DigitalFlightDeck™ at Oshkosh AirVenture

AveoEngineering, the avionics division of Strojkov Engineering introduced their DigitalFlightDeck™ revolutionary and world's 1st All-TouchScreen Avionics Suite at their display booth at EAA AirVenture 2007. For the first time in aviation history, ALL cockpit instruments and avionics are supplied as one integrated and data-sharing complete suite. Featuring simple-to-use touch screen user interface developed and patented by Strojkov, the DigitalFlightDeck™ offers 640 x 480 resolution, anti-aliased graphics, PowerPC processing, plug-n-play connections and transflective LED-backlight environmentally-friendly displays, providing unsurpassed sunlight readability. Making the debut at the annual Oshkosh show, attended by nearly 600,000 visitors was the following modules, many of which are world firsts:

• AveoTraffiCom™ and AveoTransCom™ integrated radio, transponder and traffic

• AveoSkyWay™ Moving Map GPS with touch-screen navigation

• AveoGLT™ real-time aircraft weight and C.G.

• AveoFreeSpeech wireless comm and intercomm

• AveoPilot™ horizon

• AveoNavigator™ HSI

• AveoEngineer™ EIS

The DigitalFlightDeck™ is a low-cost, complete solution for all kinds of civilian and military aircraft, and as a result of the show will be offered as a standard OEM solution on many experimental and production aircraft.
