Syensqo secures new long-term agreement with Boeing, reinforcing aerospace as a core growth driver

09/03/2026

Press releaseIssued by Syensqo (was Solvay).

Syensqo has been awarded a new multi-year contract by Boeing to continue providing advanced material solutions supporting Boeing commercial and defense programs. As Syensqo’s largest end market, representing approximately 20% of its net sales, the aerospace end market is a key driver of the Group’s innovation, growth, and long-term value creation. The agreement covers a range of applications including primary and secondary structures, interiors, and surfacing.

Aerospace represents one of Syensqo’s most advanced and high-performance markets, where decades of materials science expertise directly contribute to lighter, more durable and more sustainable aircraft. Syensqo supplies a broad portfolio of both established and innovative lightweight materials, spanning advanced composites and structural adhesives, enabling reduced emissions and improved efficiency.

“It is an honor to continue our partnership with Boeing and to supply advanced materials from our global manufacturing footprint in support of Boeing,” said Rodrigo Elizondo, President, Syensqo Composite Materials. “Aerospace is a strategic priority for Syensqo, and this agreement reinforces our position as a partner to the world’s leading aircraft manufacturers. This agreement also reflects the strong commitment of our teams to put customers first and to build lasting, collaborative relationships.”
