Synergy Composites are investing in their future

18/12/2009

Press releaseIssued by Synergy Composites Ltd .

Synergy has recently taken ownership of several specialised pieces of equipment which will be dedicated to developing their composite capability. The main investment is a new Autoclave which will be used to manufacture advanced composite components, although they have also invested in an aerospace specified class 7 cleanroom and large 3m long x 1.2m wide x 1m high coordinate measuring machine (CMM). What makes the autoclave special is its capability; it can achieve a maximum temperature of 450 Deg C and is capable of very high pressures (300 PSi), this has been specifically purchased to provide research and development plus production capability. Synergy believes that the autoclave capability makes it one of only two in the country, along with the other specialised pieces of equipment makes Synergy a formidable player within the advanced composite industry.

Synergy Composites is a young aggressive company that has recently entered the advanced composite manufacturing industry. Although the company is young the directors have a wealth of experience within the composite manufacturing industry, specifically within aerospace, having worked on projects such as the F35 Lightning II and Typhoon, not to mention other high profile developments.

Synergy is committed to working with our customers as partners and to always ensuring the highest standards are met.
