Press releaseIssued by Talon Precision.

Talon Precision, Inc., a company dedicated to building the nation's premier precision manufacturing business, announced the acquisition of Baron Machine Company, Inc., a third-generation aerospace and defence manufacturer based in Laconia, NH. The transaction was completed on August 19, 2026.

Since 1957, Baron Machine has built a reputation in New England's aerospace corridor for high-quality precision work that spans far more than a typical machine shop. The Company combines CNC milling, turning, and grinding with in-house welding, and metal fabrication, and assembly, a start-to-finish model that lets customers source a finished component or built-up assembly from a single supplier. Baron Machine primarily serves aerospace and defence end markets, but also has a proven track record of serving medical, commercial, and electronics end markets.

Baron Machine's breadth of manufacturing capabilities is backed by a robust quality programme. Baron is AS-9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified, ITAR-registered, and compliant with NIST 800-171 cybersecurity requirements, with a climate-controlled inspection lab supporting full material traceability.

For Talon Precision, the acquisition expands its manufacturing presence in the Northeast and adds a business already equipped for the controlled, high-reliability programmes that define modern aerospace and defence.

"Baron Machine has been a family-owned business for three generations, and the way we treat our people, our customers, and our craft has never changed. In Talon Precision we found a partner that shares those values and has the resources to help carry the company forward for the long term," said Jeremy Baron, Owner and President of Baron Machine. Jeremy will remain as the President of Baron Machine going forward.

"Baron Machine is a rare combination. They have a wide range of capabilities, a strong commitment to operational excellence, and are well positioned for continued growth," said Joe Rios, COO of Talon Precision. "We are excited to support Jeremy Baron and the entire Baron Machine team through continued investment so Baron Machine can take on more of the demanding, regulated work its customers depend on, while preserving everything that has made this company great."

Kyle Veatch, Chief Strategy Officer of Talon Precision, added, "We are honored to help carry on the Baron Machine legacy going forward. Baron Machine is a great example of American manufacturing excellence and is perfectly aligned with our mission at Talon Precision."
