TIGHITCO has received NADCAP (national aerospace and defense contractors accreditation program) accreditation for its North Charleston, SC aerospace composites manufacturing facility. TIGHITCO is a leading manufacturer of complex composite components and assemblies for commercial and military aircraft with multiple operating divisions in both the United States and Mexico.
NADCAP is a worldwide industry cooperative program comprising aerospace prime contractors to ensure competency, capability and consistency of companies performing special manufacturing processes such as composite structure fabrication.
“NADCAP approval of our new 120,000 square foot North Charleston facility is a milestone event, and along with our current AS9100C certification and a range of customer specific certifications, demonstrates to our commitment to delivering products to the highest quality standards,” said Peter Nicholas, president of TIGHITCO.
