Trial software available to automate aerospace industry supply chain management

29/01/2015

Press releaseIssued by Supplier City Solutions, LLC.

Aerospace and Defense manufacturers may “test fly” a powerful new software tool for supply chain management as part of a no obligation trial offer program from Supplier City Solutions. Details about the try-before-you-buy offer and full system features and capabilities are available on the company's new website: www.suppliercitysolutions.com.

Software demonstrations are also available to customers and members of the news media, upon request.

The software, developed by Supplier City Solutions co-founders Ralph Barnhart and Jim Grason, is a proprietary system that connects, automates and provides full visibility to the entire supply chain. It has been adopted and proven by aerospace and defense companies realizing measurable improvements that include, on average, an 85 percent reduction in stock levels and 60 percent reduction in process time.

The secure, cloud-based software integrates with existing systems and is customizable. A web portal provides full access and visibility to critical aspects of the supply chain any time and any where via smart devices.

“Supply chain automation can help any company that is working to reduce costs or that has problems with suppliers or unhappy customers,” said Grason. “A healthy supply chain is the heartbeat of any aerospace manufacturer's business and is essential to overall success.”

“Trying the software is the ideal way to see and understand how this software can impact your operation,” said Barnhart. “Too many businesses are leaving money on the table. This is an exciting advancement and we want everyone in the industry to realize the benefits.”
