UAC Civil Aviation Division is nearing completion

The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) conducts corporate events to form the Civil Aviation Division. In accordance with the decision of the Board of Directors of PJSC UAC, the structure of PJSC Irkut Corporation on the rights of branches will include Sukhoi Civil Aircraft JSC and UAC Integration Center LLC. As part of the division, branches retain basic competencies in the development and production of aircraft.

The main efforts of the division in the near future will be directed, first of all, to the completion of tests and the deployment of mass production of the MC-21-300, the modernisation of the Superjet100 aircraft and its business version, the creation of a unified system of after-sales service and marketing.

Consolidation of the main scientific and production capacities of civil aircraft industry will allow more efficient implementation of existing programs and development of promising projects.

It is planned to achieve significant progress in the field of after-sales service, optimize operational processes and, ultimately, significantly increase the attractiveness of Russian passenger aircraft in the market.

Measures to resolve existing intra-group obligations and complete the formation of the target structure of the share capital will be implemented during 2020.
