Velo3D achieves AS9100D certification, validating excellence in Rapid Production Solution (RPS) Quality Management System

Velo3D, Inc., a leading provider of advanced additive manufacturing technology for mission-critical metal parts, today announced it has successfully achieved AS9100D certification for its Rapid Production Solution (RPS) Quality Management System. This certification, issued by Eagle Certification Group (ECG), is a globally recognized benchmark. It affirms that Velo3D's RPS processes meet the extremely stringent standards set by the International Aerospace Quality Group for aviation, space, and defense supply chains.

Velo3D's RPS offers customers a seamless, qualified pathway to move from prototyping directly into high-volume production of complex, mission-critical components. With the AS9100D certification, the company's RPS offering is now recognized as compliant with the most rigorous quality management requirements, ensuring repeatability, traceability, and reliability at scale.

The certification process was conducted by ECG, an accredited registrar, recognized for aerospace quality management system audits. Velo3D underwent rigorous evaluation of its quality management system documentation, implementation, and overall effectiveness.
