Textron selects Universal Avionics KAPTURE flight recorders

Users can retrieve and analyse data with ease using extensive Flight Data Applications and Services, including cloud-based data collection for Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), analysis, animation and reporting tools.

Universal Avionics has received a contract to supply its KAPTURE Cockpit Voice (CVR) and Flight Data Recorders (FDR) to Textron Aviation across a range of its high-performance Cessna Citation jets.

The KAPTURE recorders, chosen for their compliance with the latest regulations, the ease with which data can be retrieved and analyzed, and their advanced data storage capabilities, will be installed on Cessna aircraft, including the Longitude, Latitude, Ascend and CJ4 Gen 2.
